Our story
A quiet corner, built around the cup.
Indee's Sip started in a 400 sq ft storefront with one La Marzocco and a stubborn idea: that great coffee deserves slow rooms, soft chairs, and people who know your name. A decade later, that's still all we're trying to do.
Single origin
Direct trade beans from 28 farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala.
Roasted weekly
We roast small batches every Tuesday — what's in your cup is days, not months, old.
Slow service
No pressure, no buzzers. Sit, read, stay. The second cup is on us at quiet hours.
